Maggiot was a groundbreaking project focused on cultivating maggot culture using IoT (Internet of Things) technology. As the Product Manager, my role was instrumental in designing the IoT architecture, creating 3D models, and coordinating with engineers to bring the project to life.
As the Product Manager, I led the development of the IoT architecture for the Maggiot project. This involved conceptualizing and designing the framework that would enable seamless integration of IoT devices to monitor and control maggot culture.
I was responsible for creating detailed 3D models that visualized the physical setup of the IoT devices and their interaction with the maggot cultivation environment. These models served as blueprints for implementation and troubleshooting.
Throughout the project lifecycle, I collaborated closely with engineers to ensure the successful implementation of the IoT infrastructure. This involved regular communication, resolving technical challenges, and aligning project objectives with engineering capabilities.
Maggiot's innovative approach to maggot culture using IoT garnered significant attention and acclaim. The project's inclusion in the top 150 of Innovillage and securing funding underscored its potential to revolutionize agricultural practices and sustainability efforts.
